子宫内膜消融术治疗功血临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Endometrium RFCAS

目的 探讨BBT妇科多功能射频治疗仪治疗顽固性功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效。方法 4 8例DUB患者 ,平均年龄 4 3 5岁 ,平均病程 4 1年 ,取膀胱截石位 ,用 5号刮头刮宫腔 1圈 ,清除较厚内膜送病理。B超引导下刮凝刀依次凝刮宫腔 2周。结果 治愈 38例 (38/ 4 8) ,有效 8例 (8/ 4 8) ,好转 2例 (2 / 4 8) ,总有效率96 %。结论 子宫内膜消融术治疗妇科功能性子宫出血疗效确切 ,损伤小 ,恢复快 。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of stubborn dysfunction uterine bleeding by BBT multi-function RFCAS.Methods 48 DUB cases,average age 43.5,average time 4.1 years,prone position,curette No.5,to take the uterine cavity 1 circle.Remove the thicker layer to pathology test,under ultrasound B RFCAS 2 weeks.Results Recovery cases 38(38/48).Effective cases 8(8/48),better cases2(2/28).Total effective rate 96%.Conclusion There's a better effect to use the endometrium RFCAS to treat dysfunction uterine bleeding,and it is meaningful to popularize the way.
