Study of Rhinoplasty Augmentationunder Nasal Dorsal Fascia 189 Cases

目的 寻求隆鼻手术的最佳层次及手术中注意事项。方法 对 189例鼻梁低平者 ,行鼻背筋膜下放置鼻支架进行隆鼻手术 ,并进行总结分析。结果 178例术后隆鼻效果满意 ,满意率达 94 %以上。

Objective To investigate the optimum subcutaneous layer and basic principle of rhinoplasty augmentation. Methods 189 case underwent the augmentation rhinoplasty under nasal dorsal fascia with prosthesis, we studied and analyzed the results. Results 178 cases presented good results, amounting up to 94% of all the cases. Conclusion Augmentation rhinoplasty under nasal dorsal fascia with prosthesis was a helpful method for rhinoplasty.
