摘要
目的:了解生殖器疱疹(GH)患者细胞免疫功能。方法:采用单克隆与多克隆双抗体夹心法测定血清白介素-2(IL-2)及可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)水平。结果:40例GH患者IL-2水平明显低于正常人,SIL-2R水平明显高于正常人。结论:CH患者存在细胞免疫功能低下。调节机体免疫功能的药物可提高GH治愈率。
Objective: To investigate the immune function in patients with genital herpes. Methods:Monoclonal and poly - clonal dual antibody sandwich method was used to assay the levels of serum interleukin - 2 (IL - 2 ) and soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (SIL - 2R) .Results: The levels of IL - 2 in 40-patients with genital herpes were significantly lower than those in normal subjects whereas the levels of SIL - 2 R in the patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects. Conclusion: Lowered immune function exists in patients with genital herpes. Immunomodulating agent can raise the cure rate of genital herpes.
