摘要
目的 了解不同年级医学生的心理健康状况及对所学专业满意度情况,并试图探讨两者之间的关系,为心理健康教育提供参考。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自编大学生一般情况调查问卷(其中一项是调查被试对录取专业的满意度),对3248名医学本科生进行测试和评定。结果 不同年级医学生的心理健康状况存在显著性差异,不同年级医学生对所学专业满意度的分布存在显著性差异。医学生对专业的满意程度与心理键康水平存在一定相关关系。结论 提高医学生对专业的满意度可能是提高心理健康状况的有效手段;二、三年级大学生是心理健康教育的重点。
Objective To explore the relationship of mental health and major satisfaction in different grade students of medical college, sa as to provide a scientific basis for the mental health education. Methods Investigation was made in 3248 medical college students using SCL-90 and a self-made questionnaire for the students' general condition,in which an item was for the major satisfaction of the subject. Results There were significant differences in mental health and major satisfaction between different grades. There is significant correlation between major satisfaction and mental health. Conclusion To raise the state of major satisfaction in medical college students benefit the state of mental health ;the groups of sophomore and junior are the main point of the mental health education.
