维思通与奋乃静治疗脑血管病致精神障碍的比较

Study of Mental Disorder duo to Cerebral Vascular Disease in Treatment with Risperdal and Perphenazine.

目的 比较维思通与奋乃静治疗脑血管病致精神障碍的疗效。方法 采用BPRS及TESS评定,观察4周。结果维思通有效率为83.3％.奋乃静有效率为81.3％,两者无显著性差异,但维思通组副反应较奋乃静组少。结论 维思通与奋乃静的疗效相当,但维思通副反应少。

Objective To compare the therapy effect of Risperdal and Perphenazine in mental disorders due to cerebral vascular disease. Methods To assess hy the BPRS and TESS,therapy effect was observed for 4 weeks. Results There was no significant difference between two groups,but side effect in Risperdal group is less that of Pcrphenazines'. Conclusion The therapy effect of Risperdal was more similar with that of Perphenazine,but the side effect of Risperdal was less than that of Per-phenazir.e.
