摘要
目的 口服农药自杀未遂是目前我国重要的公共卫生问题。本研究通过对口服农药中毒自杀未遂者的调查,分析了自杀未遂者所服农药的种类、来源及自杀行为特点、原因,为制定相应的预防措施奠定了基础。方法 对某市中心人民医院1999年收治的120例自杀未遂病人用自制的调查表进行调查。结果 58.3％自杀未遂病例使用家里已有的农药自杀,78.4％病例属于冲动性自杀行为,60.O％和65.5％的病例当时确实想死并认为自己的自杀行为是认真的。结论 我国农村农药有待加强管理,冲动性行为是农村自杀未遂行为的特点之一,对这部分人群进行心理干预是农村精神卫生服务迫切解决的问题。
Objective To study the characteristic of attempting suicide by oral pesticides poisoning. Methods A detailed questionnaire for attempting suicides was developed and 120 cases were investigated in the hospital. Results 58. 3% cases used pesticides in their homes to attempt suicide. 78. 4% cases were thought as impulse attempted suicide . 60. 0% and 65. 5% cases were intended to end their lives and thought carefully during attempted suicide, respectively. Conclusions Impulsive attempted suicide was one of characteristics of attempting suicide in our countries.
