住院精神分裂症患者应用苯二氮(?)类药物的调查

Investigation of the Usage of Benzodiazepine in Schizophrenic In-patients

目的 了解苯二氮革类药物(BZD)在精神分裂症患者中的应用情况。方法 采用随机抽样的方式,对300例住院精神分裂症患者应用BZD情况进行分析。结果 35％的病例使用BZD,以应用氯硝安定为多。结论 苯二氮(?)类药物并用抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症使用率较高,使用时间较长,在临床工作中,应高度重视BZD的依赖性,合理用药。

Objective To explore the usage of Benzodiazepine in schizophrenic in-patients. Methods By random sampling the data of using Benzodiazepine in 300 in-patients with schizophrenic were analyzed. Results 35% of 300 cases were used with Benzodiazepine, among which first came to Clonazepam. Conclusion The combination with Benzodiazepine and Antipsy-chotics in the treatment of schizophrenic showed higher use rate and longer use duration. In clinical working ,and importance must be attached to the dependence of Benzodiazepine and to the rational use of drugs.
