华北两所高校大学生生命质量的调查研究

A Survey and Assessing on Health-related Quality of Life in two North China College Students.

目的 了解扩招形势下,大学生生命质量的特点和规律。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,自制生命质量问卷,对华北两所高校903名大学生进行生命质量的无记名问卷调查。结果 在1-5分的调查中,男生除在生理维度高于女生外,其他维度均低于女生。男性的生命质量总分主要受家庭对学习的正面影响、卫生服务、健康环境等因素的客现状态及其主现满意程度的影响;女生的生命质量总分主要受生活有意义、安全感、业余生活等因素的影响。结论 男女大学生的生命质量存在不同特点,应进行针对性干预。

Objective To study the quality of life in college students after colleges expanded to enroll new student. Methods A comprehension questionnaire survey on quality of life was conducted and analysis among 903 college students. The survey score is warranted on 1 - 5 point according to good influence quality of life. Results It was shown that score of physiology was higher in male students. The Psychology, social and comprehension score was higher in female than in the male students significantly. The main factor influence comprehension score about quality of life in male students were the positive effect to study from family, service of hygiene, environment relate health etc and contentment to those question; The main factors that influence comprehension score about quality of life in female students were meaning of life, safety, amateur life,etc. Conclusion The pertinence measure and strategy should be done to increase health related quality of life in students of university.
