Development of Hu'nan and open of education

文章以湖南省教育科学“十五”规划课题“高等教育大众化进程中的成人高等教育研究”的部分内容为基础,分析与说明“湖南发展必须开发人力资源、人力资源开发必须依托教育、湖南教育的发展必须依靠‘开放’来推动”。

On the basis of part of the 15th plan subject of the education science of Hu'nan Province, that is, ″Research on the higher education of the adult in the course of higher education popularization″, this paper analyzes that the development of Hu'nan must exploit the human resource and the exploitation of the human resource must rely on education and the development of education of Hu'nan must depend on the promotion of ″open″.
