摘要
教育科研是以教育现象和教育问题为对象,运用科学研究的原则和方法,探寻教育规律及有效教育途径和方法的一种科学实践活动。在分析影响教师参与教育科研的主要因素的基础上,就教学内容、教学过程和从教师角度考虑论述了教育科研的重要性:就如何培养教师的教育科研能力从教师观念的转变、让教师掌握教育科学研究的基础知识或基本方法及创设教育科研的氛围等三个方面进行了探讨。
Scientific research on education is a kind of scientific practice whose objects are education phenomenon and education problems. It uses the principles and methods of scientific research to explore the education law and effective education ways. By analyzing the main factors which influence teachers' participation of it, this paper expounds the importance of this kind of research from teaching content, teaching process and teachers themselves. Also, it discusses how to train teachers' research ability from three aspects, namely, the change of teachers' ideology, the mastering of the basic knowledge or basic ways of scientific research on education and the creation of research atmosphere.
