摘要
文章针对GSM系统的现状,对目前常用的几种语音编码技术进行了分析,对GSM移动电话系统使用的低比特率参量编码技术及应用标准进行了探讨。
According to the current situation of the GSM system, this paper analyzes the kinds of voice code technology which are commonly used now and expounds the low bit rate parameter code technology in the GSM mobile phone system.
