摘要
目的 观察模型大鼠睾丸组织结构及超微结构的改变 ,以及补肾活血方对其病理改变的影响。方法 本实验设 5组 :将 35只 3月龄雄性SD大鼠先随机抽出 7只为假手术组 ,其余 2 8只大鼠采用肾静脉缩窄法建立实验性精索静脉曲张病理模型 ,造模完成后再随机均分为模型组、补肾活血方低剂量组、补肾活血方中剂量组、补肾活血方高剂量组。造模完成后 4 8天开始给药 ,连续给药 6 0天 ,光镜观察睾丸组织结构改变 ,透射电镜观察睾丸超微结构改变。结果 模型大鼠睾丸组织可见明显的病理性改变 ,补肾活血方各组大鼠睾丸组织的病理性改变较模型组显著减轻。结论 精索静脉曲张可引起睾丸组织的病理性损伤 。
Objective:To observing the changes of the structure of testis tissue of rats with varicocele, and the effect of Bu-hen Huo-xue Prescription on it, to investigate the mechanism of Bu-Shen Huo-Xue Prescription for male sterility with varicocele.Methods:Thirety-five Sprague-Dawley(S.D) male rats were divided into five groups: control group, model group, Bu-shen Huo-xue Prescription low dose group, Bu-shen Huo-xue Prescription middle dose group, Bu-shen Huo-xue Prescription high dose group. Experimental varicocele was created in S.D male rats by partial ligation of left renal vein. Forty-eight days after made models, give medicine to model rats for sixty days. Then take out of testis to observe the change of structure under optical microscope and electron microscope. Result: There have marked pathogenic change in modes groups, and Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription can reduce pathogenic changes. Conclusion: Varicocele can cause pathogenic damage in testis, this may be the mechanism of varicocele causing male sterility. Bu-shen Huo-xue Prescription can reduce this damage, this may be the mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription for male sterility with varicocele.
