摘要
由于科技进步、知识更新的周期缩短,医院药学管理已由传统的供应管理型向供应管理、用药咨询、技术开发型转化。这就迫使医院药学人员必须学习、掌握本领域的新理论、新技术、新知识。而比较适合当前学习的方式,便是采取岗位培训。本文从医院药学人员岗位培训的特点、实施及保证3个方哥加以论述,旨在介绍药学人员的岗位培训,推进当前医院药学工作的改革与发展。
Because of technologe propress, the medicinal administration of the hospital has already turned from traditional form of supply administration to supply administration, advisory work and technological development. Pharmacal skills of the hospital are forced to study and grasp new theory, technique, knowledge. The method of study is to take the post training. This paper pointed out that the feature of post training of pharmacal skills, and its implementation and quarantee. Through the training of pharmacal skills, it has pushed on the reform and developing of parmacy.
