摘要
基于对教育模式的理解,认为贯穿于继续医学教育内部诸关系的一个基本特征是继续医学教育的系统性——规范性要求与教育诸要素中存在明显不平衡之间的矛盾运动。据此,提出表达群体规定性和个体针对性的继续医学教育双曲线模式。在继续医学教育目标调控下,它们是一个有机的整体,并显示出其发展变化过程中一定规律性。据上述认识,对这一教育的实施、考核及评估提出改进意见。
On the basis of knowledge of the education model, it is considered that an essential characteristic of the internal relations of CME is the contradictory movement between the systemization-standardization for CME and marked unabailance of its basic elements. Thus, a CME two-curpe model indicating both the generality stipulation and the individuality direction is worked out. Under the control of the CME objective, they are an organized entity and appear to be a developing process with certain regularity. According to the above idea, some improvements of the implementations examinations and appraisals in CME are suggested.
