本文介绍了学习和行为改变的理论,包括CroPley成人教育的动机理论,Cross模式(也称反应链模式),Mager——Pipe的应用性行为分析模式和FOX的改变人们行为的动力理论。探讨了驱使医师接受CME的动力、学习和行为改变的关系,以及它们对CME提供者、医院管理者和其他政策制定者的意义。最后提出了促进CME发展的模式。将CME置于接受者的工作环境中,促使CME发展。
This article introduces learning and behaviour Change theories, including Cropley's motivation theories in adult education, Cross model (also called chain-of-response model), Mager and Pipe's applied behaviour analysis model, and Fox's Forces for change theories. It is discussed what drives physicians to accept CME, what is the relationship between learning and behaviour change, and what is the meaning of these theories to CME providers, hospital managers and other policy makers. In the end, the author develops a model for facilitating CME.
