民本经济是法治经济——兼与单东先生商榷

People standard economy is economy governed by law

民本经济,导源于中国传统的民本思想、"企业本位论"、"权利本位论"和"公民本位论"。民本经济是自主经济、法治经济,其中凸现了公民在国民经济中的基础地位和主体意义。在完善社会主义市场经济体制的历史进程中,从"体制外"发展起来的、"适应政策许可的民营经济"向"拥有制度保障的民本经济"转变是必然的。兴民本经济富百姓与行民主政治强国家互为表里、相得益彰。

People standard economy stems from traditional Chinese standard thinking, enterprise standard theories, rights standard theories and citizen standard theories. It embodies the basic but principal status of citizens. People standard economy is independent economy and economy governed by law as well. In the process of perfecting socialist market economy, it is the due course for people standard economy to transform itself from non-socialist but policy-permitting individual economy into the one protected and guaranteed by government policies. Revitalizing people standard economy benefits people while promoting democracy builds up the national strength. The above-mentioned two can bring out the best in each other once their relationship is scientifically handled.
