摘要
本课题完成了甲硝唑含漱液的制备及检测方法,使得甲硝唑在原有剂型(片剂、栓剂、注射剂)的基础上又增加了一种新的剂型。将其制成含漱液,直接作用于口腔菌群,使得药物与感染部位直接接触而产生疗效。疗效较好,治愈率较高。
The preparation and detection were made of metronidazole gargle, there by developing type of metronidazole based on its origonal types (tablet, suppository and injection). It is pre- pared into gargle which is able to contact with the affected area in the oral cavity to react di- rectly with bacterio flare, with a better effect and a ligh curative rate.
