摘要
本文按卫生部与联合国儿童基金会儿童腹泻病控制规划合作项目实施方案,对桦川县2750名5岁以下儿童腹泻病现状进行入户调查。结果显示:年发病率为1.77次/人,24h内患病半为4.48％,持续性腹泻率(两周以上)为1.2％。提示该县儿童腹泻病趋于较高水平,应引起卫生部门、家庭及社会的重视。
According to the practical measures for the contral of diarrhoeal diseases (CDD) program of ministry of public health of P R China and UNICEF,Diarrhoa was studied by household survey method among 2750 children under 5 years old in Huachuan county. The results showed that the incidence rate dper year was 1.77 episodes/child,the incidence valence rate during 24 hours was 4.84％ and the continuous diarrhoea incidence rate (more than 2 weeks)was 1.2％. This study confirms that diarrhoea in the childen in this county is higher,the suggerting that diarrhoea should be noticed by local health department society and families.
