寒冷条件下大鼠血浆、垂体、下丘脑中环核苷酸的改变

摘要 本实验利用健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠,采用放射免疫学方法,观测了大鼠在不同寒冷条件下血浆、垂体、下丘脑中环核苷酸含量变化,结果表明:在寒冷刺激过程中,动物血浆、垂体、下丘脑中确实存在着环核苷酸的浓度变化。实验组血浆中环核苷酸的浓度均呈升高趋势,以Ⅱ组升高最为明显(P<0.01),但cAMP/cGMP比值变化不大。垂体中以Ⅱ组环核苷酸浓度升高最为明显(P<0.01),但cAMP/cGMP比值基本上呈平行变化。丘脑中环核苷酸也呈上升趋势,主要表现在Ⅱ组。 The effects of cold stimulation on CNof the plasma.pituitary and hypothalamus were observed by RIA in normal male adult wistar rats.The results showed that in the process of cold stimulation,there were changes of CN levels of the plasma.pituitary,and hypothalamus in rat.Plasma CN level rised in all experimental groups and the plasma CN level in group Ⅱ were obviously higher than that of the control(P<0.01).But there were no significant difference in ratio of cAMP/cGMP.The CN level of the pituitary rised obviously in group Ⅲ (P<0.01)and between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, there were obvious difference in the pituitary the CN level of the hypothalamus rised also.But its ratio of cAMP/cGMP decreased.
