胃后动脉的解剖学观察

Anatomic observation on the posterior gastric artery

本文调查了33具尸体,胃后动脉出现28例,出现率为84.85％。本组共出现胃后动脉32支,其中起于脾上极动脉的17支(53.13％);起自脾动脉近侧1/3的5支(15.63％);中1/3的7支(21.88％);远侧1/3的3支(9.38％)。胃后动脉的平均外径为0.28±0.10(0.1—0.5)mm。本文为解剖学和临床提供了可靠的资料。

32 posterior gastric arteries were found in 28 cases in 33 cadavers observed(84.85％).of the 32 posterior gastric arteries we identified 17 originated from the superior polar artery (53.13％),5 from the proximal third of the splenic artery(15.63％),7 from the mid third (21.88％)and 3 from the distal third(9.38％).Their average outer diameter was O.28±0.10(0.1-0.5)mm.
