摘要
本文测定了用Zn与Cu饲养的老年大鼠、老年对照大鼠的血清溶菌酶、抗绵羊红细胞抗体、脾脏抗体形成细胞(PFC)、E—花环形成、血浆淋巴细胞酯酶(ANAE)阳性率。血清总抗氧化活性与红细胞内SOD活性等。结果表明,老年大鼠除血清溶菌酶活性与成年大鼠相近外,其余各项指标均明显低于成年大鼠。经给Zn与Cu饲养后的老年大鼠,上述所有指标均明显高于老年对照大鼠。提示Zn与Cu可恢复老年大鼠的免疫功能和提高血清总抗氧化活性与红细胞内SOD活性而有抗衰老效应。
The effects of Zn and Cu on immune function and antisenility in tlderly rat were investigated, The results showed that Zn and Cu significantly raise the activity of serum lysozyme. the titer of antibody to SRBC, the plaque forming cell, the Ea—RFC, and the positive rate of ANAE and enhance the activity of serum total—antioxidation and SOD in the RBC, It's suggested that Zn and Cu have effects on recovering immune function and antiseility in elderly
