摘要
目的 :了解高血压病患者甲襞微循环改变及吸烟对其甲襞微循环影响。方法 :10 6例高血压病患者均作甲襞微循环加权积分值测定 ,就有主要并发症 (脑血管意外、冠心病及糖尿病 )组与无并发症组作比较 ,并对其中 31例吸烟患者作吸烟前、后甲襞微循环动态定性比较。结果 :除伴糖尿病组微循环管周状态积分值无差异 (P>0 .0 5)外 ,其余各组各项指标均有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 0 1)。吸烟后血管袢形态及流态绝大多数有不同程度改变。结论 :高血压病患者甲襞微循环改变能客观反映靶器官损害程度。吸烟试验前后微循环的动态改变 。
Objective:To study the changes of nailford microcirculation (NM) in hypertension patients(HP) and the effects of smoking on NM.Methods:One hundred and six HP were investigated through the determination of weighted score of NM Weighted scores were compared between patients with major complication(cerebrovascular accident,coronary heart disease or diabetes) and those without complication(control group). Smoking HP were investigated to find dynamic differences on NH after smoking Results:Except no difference under the perivascular condition of the patients with diabetes compared with control group,there were remarkable difference at scores of the other two groups of patients with complication( P <0 01, P <0 001) Capillary loops and blood flow condition changed to some extent mostly after smoking Conclusion:The changes of NM can objectively reflect the damaging degree of target organ Dynamic changes of NM after smoking can be regarded as a direct index for the harmful effects of smoking on human body.
