西部开发应该突破经济发展的单一视角,用综合与宏观的方法调动一切社会资源,促进少数民族地区的社会经济发展。教育是非常重要的一种社会资源,研究少数民族教育发展中存在的问题,探索西部开发背景下少数民族教育的发展,是一个深层次的重要问题。发展少数民族教育应该将民族教育发展纳入西部开发的规划之中,搞好发达地区对少数民族地区的对口支援,优化本土教育资源,拓展多方融资渠道,实现教育资源的最优利用。

Western development needs to break through the single view of economic development. Therefore, we should utilize all the social resources comprehensively and macroscopically to promote the social, economic development in the minority regions. And education is one of the most important resources. Thus to study the existing problems as well as its development against the background of the western development policy is a deep level problem.
