A Study on Doctors' Job Burnout

职业倦怠是指在职业环境中 ,对长期的情绪紧张源和人际关系紧张源的应激反应而表现出的一系列心理、生理综合症。用经过信效度分析后的职业倦怠问卷 (MBI)对 2 53名医生的调查发现 ,医生的职业倦怠感整体上比较严重 ;工龄 1 6～ 2 0年是医生职业倦怠最严重的阶段 ;不同科室、职称的医生职业倦怠程度不同 。

Burnout is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors on the job, and is defined by the three dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism, and inefficacy. Doctors burnout has negative effects on themselves and their patients and even the whole society. This research examined doctors burnout and factors relating to levels of job burnout with Maslach & Jackson's MBI. The results show that (1) doctors' burnout is serious on the whole; (2) doctors who have worked 16～20 years experience significantly higher burnout than others; (3) the alienist experiences the highest exhaustion and depersonality; (4) the professional post is an important factor related to job burnout.
