论晚明对台湾、澎湖的管理及设置郡县的计划

On the Management of the Late Ming Dynasty to Taiwan and Penghu and the Plan to Establish the System of Prefectures and Counties

从万历后期开始 ,闽粤海盗以台湾为根据地 ,频频袭击台湾海峡的过往船只 ,日本、荷兰等国都有窥视台湾的计划。为了驱散台湾海盗及防御日本、荷兰的侵略 ,晚明福建官府有在台湾、澎湖驻军屯垦及设置郡县的计划。郑成功在台湾设置一府二县 ,使这一计划最终实现。本文详细考证了明朝在澎湖、台湾驻军与屯垦的计划及其实施过程。

From the late period of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty, the pirates of Fujian and Guangdong provinces took Taiwan as their base and raided the shipping navigating in Taiwan Strait. At the same time, Japan and Holland spied on Taiwan. In order to expel the pirate and defend the invasion of Japan and Holland, Fujian government of Late Ming Dynasty planned to send troops to station and open up wasteland in Taiwan and Penghu. Zheng Chenggong established one prefecture and two counties in Taiwan and therefore made the plan realized. This paper makes a detailed study on the plans of the Ming Dynasty to station and open up wasteland in Taiwan and the process to carry out these plans.$$$$
