摘要 高速公路服务区的软件建设在于打好高速公路服务区的运营基础,包括智力基础、人力基础、竞争基础;明确高速公路服务区的功能定位,满足服务功能、窗口功能、经济功能三大功能;清晰高速公路服务区的运营思路;统一管理承包经营与自我管理自我经营并存的运营模式,保证服务前提下讲收益、不在赢利前提谈服务的运营基点的运行基点,和"一年打基础,两年出效益,三年大发展"的发展思路。同时要强化服务区管理理念,培养"三式六能"型组织团队。 The software construction in the service zone of express highway lies in laying operation foundation for the service zone of express highway, including intelligence foundation, human foundation, competitive foundation. It also lies in determining the functional location in service zone of express highway, in meeting the service function, window function and economical function etc. three functions, in clearing the operation thinking in service zone of express highway, in unifying the operating model of management contract business and self management and self administration, in ensuring income under good service, in having the developing thinking 'Foundation for one year, efficiency for two years, great development for three years'. At the same time, it shall strengthen the management i-dea of service zone and rain the organization group with 'three types and six capacities'.
