施工监理处于施工阶段投资控制的最前沿,为投资控制起着最基础的作用。现结合本人参与同三国道 上海段的监理经验,就施工阶段监理对投资控制的重点谈些个人观点。

Construction supervision is located in the forward position of the investment control during construction. It plays the most foundational role for the investment control. Now I combine the supervision experience of Shanghai Sector of Tongsan National Highway, talk about my viewpoint, i. e. during the construction the investment control stress point of supervision.
