经阴道超声检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

Application of transvaginal ultrasound to diagnosing ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断意义。方法对182例经手术及病理证实的异位妊娠患者的经阴道超声检查声像图进行回顾性分析。结果未破裂型141例,占78%,已破裂型41例,占22%。未破裂型中包块内呈“面包圈征”97例,包块内见妊娠囊及卵黄囊或原始心管搏动44例,已破裂型中呈囊实混合性包块41例,均经手术与病理证实,诊断符合率100%。结论经阴道超声检查异位妊娠简便、准确、安全且可重复检查,为早期诊断本病最理想的检查方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 182 patients diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy pathologically and postoperatively were studied and analyzed on retrospectively.Results There were 141 patients of unruptured type.41 patients ruptured type.Unruptured type:97 patients massae were “Donut”.21 cases were pregnant sac,yolk sac or heart-bube pulsation in the massae.45 cases mixed type massae were ruptured type.All the patients had been confirmed by pathology.The coincident rate of diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion It deserves the best examination for ovarian endometriosis transvaginal ultrasound due to its many merits,such as safe,inexpensive,exact diagnosis,convenient to reexamine and so on.
