Base on the content, mode and the problems found in electrician and maintenance electrician vocational skill appraisal ,the article suggests how higher vocational colleges electrical specialized subjects should adapt to the demand of vocational skill appraisal and raise the graduate's competitiveness of getting a job proposing on course content, teaching methods, test mode reforming and building of teacher's team.
