民办教育在很短的历史时期集聚了全社会相当多的教育资源 ,实现了我国教育的超常规发展。但是 ,民办教育也存在一些问题 ,如民办教育出现的办学“结余” 。

The private education sectors collect a lot of educational resources from the society in a short period of historical time,which realizes an unusual development in China's education.But there are still some problems.For example,the 'overflow',it is a problem that we must think seriously.
