My Humble Opinion about Training Pattern of Secretarial Profession

秘书职业是随着人类社会的发展而不断完善和规范的 ,并在社会活动中发挥着不可或缺的特殊作用。但是 ,现在的秘书培训比较注重理论教学和研究 ,而忽视应用性和实践性教学。必须适应市场需要 ,以市场为导向 ,构筑秘书专业新的培养模式 。

The secretarial profession is unceasing perfect and standardized with the development of human society. It plays a necessary special role in various kinds of social society. But the secretarial training nowadays attaches importance to the theoretic teaching and researching while looking down upon the applying and practical teaching. We must meet the society needs and directed by the market to construct the new training pattern of secretarial profession to provide high-level secretarial talents for the society.
