智力资本测度若干基本问题研究——利用视角交叉思想确定测度对象框架

Study on Basic Issues for Intellectual Capital Measurement

智力资本测度是知识管理研究领域的一个重要分支。目前该领域的一些基本问题(如概念术语、智力资本测度与社会研究的层次、测度模型设计的基本出发点等)尚存在较大争议;另外研究对象不明确,解决方案覆盖面过大,阻碍研究进展。本文深入探讨了这些有争议的问题,提出“视角交叉”思想,设计了智力资本测度对象确定的基本框架,通过智力资本测度两个基本视角(组织性质和测度行为目的)的分析,提出了目前而言对促进智力资本测度研究的一个较为现实的研究方向。

A number of basic issues involved in the research on intellectual capital measurement, which is a new-emerging research field, are discussed, including the terms, research levels of social sciences, basic views on the designing of measuring models. The paper presents a new view to frame the research on measuring intellectual capital. Two basic and inevitable angles, i.e. the characters of organizations measured and the aims of measuring intellectual capital, are detailed to propose a practical direction to the following researches.
