The application of Capitalism in the construction of socialism is a great creation in the history of socialist construction thoughts. Lie Ning's policy of new economic is the beginning of this application; and with it, Stalin accelerated the socialist construction in Soviet Union. Mao Tse-tong made exploration in the application in semi-colonial and semi-feudal China, while Deng Xiaoping, by pushing China to the world, made the application to its utmost use.
