越南在改革中是怎样处理物价与工资的关系的被引量：2

摘要越南在80年代初以来,改革了旧的价格管理体制,全面放开了价格,并在工资方面采取了一系列保障性措施,从而基本保证了价格改革的顺利进行。一、改革前的工资制度概况越南在改革前实行高度集中的计划管理体制,国家在分配上采取包给制,低工资,多补贴,国家机关和企事业单位职工工资全部纳入计划管理。60年代初。
