环糊精对托品烷手性识别的电喷雾傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱研究 被引量:11

Chiral Molecular Recognition of Cyclodextrin to Tropine by Electrospray Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry

摘要 用电喷雾傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪分别研究了以α 环糊精、β 环糊精和γ 环糊精作为手性拆分剂对手性托品烷的手性区分效应 ,实验结果表明 β 环糊精具备较α 环糊精和γ 环糊精更强的手性区分能力 ,β Electrospray Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry was used to investigate chiral molecular recognition of tropine using alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin, as chiral selectors. Chiral recognition ability of three cyclodextrins was revealed by the mass spectra based on the protonated complexes of tropine with cyclodextrins. Protonated tropine ion was formed when the dimeric complex of tropine with cyclodextrin underwent collision-induced dissociation (CID) Chiral recognition of cyclodextrin was assessed by changing activation attenuation/activation pulse length.
