摘要
目的 探讨超声定量分析对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法 应用美国太索尼GATEWAYfx彩色超声诊断仪与DFY型超声图像定量仪连机 ,经直肠超声对 15例前列腺癌与 5 2 6例前列腺增生症的内外腺声像图以及前列腺癌结节与 2 0例前列腺增生结节进行回声强度定量分析 ,分别测定灰阶及分贝值并进行比较。结果 前列腺癌和增生症内外腺最大值有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,最小值、平均值无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,癌结节和增生结节比较最大值、平均值有差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,最小值无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 前列腺癌回声强度明显低于增生症的回声强度 ,癌结节回声强度低于增生症结节的回声强度 ,说明超声定量分析可客观评价前列腺癌的回声强度 ,对前列腺癌的诊断有一定帮助 。
Objective To explore the quantificational analysis of transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) in prostate cancer. Methods 15 prostate cancers and 526 hyperplastic prostates were involved. The grayscale quantification analysis was performed and compared at focal nodules, endoglands and exoglands using a DFY quantitative instrument in connection with a Gatway FX color Doppler ultrasound system.Results The maximal value of prostate cancer and the maximal values of hyperplastic endoglands and exoglands were significant different (P<0.01). No differences were found in the minimal value and average value (P>0.05). Comparing the prostate cancer nodular with the hyperplastic prostate nodular, the maximal and the average degree have differences (P<0.05),the minimal value had no difference (P>05).Conclusion The grayscale value of prostate cancer was lower than that of hyperplastic prostate. The value of prostate cancer nodules was significant lower than the value of hyperplastic prostate. It indicated that the quantitative analysis helped to evaluate ultrasonography of prostate cancer. False positive or false negative sometimes may present in some prostate cancers.
