小儿睾丸附件扭转手术时机的探讨

Study on operative opportunity of appendix testis torsion in children

目的 :探讨小儿睾丸附件扭转手术时机的把握。方法 :回顾总结1994年3月～2003年4月我院收治的27例睾丸附件扭转患儿治疗情况 ,提出手术治疗的时机选择。结果 :本组23例 ,18例发病时间在24小时以内 ,其中13例行手术治疗 ,均在1周内痊愈 ;5例在明确睾丸血供存在的前提下 ,采取保守治疗 ,6～14天痊愈。结论 :睾丸附件扭转发病时间在24小时以内 。

Objective:To study the operative opportunity of appendix testis torsion in children.Methods:23sick children with appendix testis torsion fromMarch1994to April2003treated in our hospital were summarized retrospectively.The opportunity of operative treatment was put forward in this study combined with literatures.Results:Of27cases with appendix testis torsion,18cases developed within24hours,in which13cases with operative treatment were cured within a week,5cases in terms of supporting blood on testicle were adopted conservative treatment and recovered in6～14days.Conclusion:The operative treatment should be performed as appendix testis torsion develops within24hours.
