701名成年女生儿童期性虐待发生情况及危险因素分析

701 adult girls students who suffered from sexual abuse in their childhood: occurrences and risk factors

目的:了解小城镇及乡村女生儿童期性虐待发生情况及危险因素,为加强性健康教育、保护儿童期身心健康及为有关部门制定相关法律提供依据。方法:对某学院中专二年级、大专一年级≥18岁的女学生进行性虐待问卷调查并加以分析。结果:共发放问卷721份,有效答卷701份,应答率为97.6%。被调查的701名女生中有155人回答18岁以前曾经历过至少1次1种或多种性虐待,发生率为22.11%。

Objective: Find out the situation of childhood sexual abuse among girls in towns and villages to enhance the health education on sex provide evidence to relevant institution for legislation. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to the second grade female students of a Secondary School and also to the first grade female students(≥18 years old) in a college. Re-sultst:of 721 questionnaires 701 were returned;the complete rate is 97.6% ,Among these returned,155 students answered that before the age of 18, they had experienced sexual abuse at least once of one kind or various kind.The incidence of childhood sexual abuse among girls is 22.11%.
