介绍了2003年俄罗斯钢管工业总体情况和近年来该国对钢管品种的需求及进出口情况;俄罗斯钢管生产集团和主要钢管企业近年来的生产、经营、技术改造情况。分析了俄罗斯钢管工业的发展前景及特点,以及开发石油天然气资源和建设油气输送管道给钢管工业带来的机遇和挑战。
Described in the paper are the major aspects concerning Russian steel tube industry, covering the general situation of the year of 2003, the demands for different product types over the recent years, import and ex- port as well as the production, sales and technical upgrade with respect to the key manufacturers. Also discussed are the development prospect and characteristics of Russian steel tube industry, and the opportunities and chal- lenges brought about by the exploitation of oil and natural gas resources and the construction of oil/gas pipe lines in the country.
