摘要
对中厚壁钢管在微张力减径过程中出现的内孔不规圆现象进行了研究,分析了“内六方”和“内三角”的形成机理。根据生产实践经验,建立了椭圆度方程,并提出了消除钢管内不规圆的措施。
A study is made based on the fact that polygonal ID of medium/heavy wall tubes occurs during slight stretch reducing process, covering analysis of the mechanism concerning formation of the 'hexagonal ID'and the'triangle ID'. With relevant empirical data, an ovality equation is set up, and actions to eliminate the said polygonal IDs are proposed.
