摘要
阐述了随浒坑矿区深部开采,黑钨矿石性质变化趋于细、杂、贫的现状。结合生产实际,从选矿试验、生产工艺、流程结构等方面进行了技改探索,采取了加强手选丢废挪粗于扒栏,增加一次反手选等措施使废石选出率得以提高,在重选段采取了强化再磨再选、改造富选和贫选水力分级机,增加细粒刻槽波纹摇床等措施,初步进行了深部开采黑钨矿石的选矿实践。
Along with the deep mining of Hukeng mining area, the wolframite properties are becoming fine, complex and lean.In the mineral processing practice for wolframite of deep mining,some measures are adopted.The technical transformation is done according to production in the respects of mineral processing experiment, operation process and technological flowsheet.The hand sorting is strengthening to abandon the waste rocks and an opposite-hand sorting is added to raise the rate of abandoning waste rocks.On the flowsheet of heavy medium separation , the hydraulic classifiers for lean and rich ores are transformed and grooving shaking tables are added.
