醒脑静、生脉注射液序贯治疗急性脑梗塞临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated Sequentially with Brain-Waking and Tranquillising Injection and Pulse-Producing Injection

采用醒脑静、生脉注射液序贯用药的治疗急性脑梗塞45例、另设对照组(采用低分子右旋糖酑加丹参注射液)进行疗效比较。结果表明治疗组在改善血液流变学指标、提高红细胞SOD活性、降低LPO水平及临床疗效方面均优于对照组(p<0.05～0.01)

Comparison of the therapeutic effect was made between the group of 45 eases of acute cerebral infarction treated by Brain-Waking and Traquillising Injection and Pulse-Producing Injection with sequential therapy and the control group(by low molecular dextran plus Saliva Injection).The result showed that the treatment group was better in improving indexes of blood rhcology,enhancing activity of red cell SOD,decreasing LPO and in clinical therapeutic effect than those in the control group(P<0.05～0.01).
