中药饮片中有机氯农药残留量的分析研究

Study on Residue of Organochlorine Pesticide in Prepared Pieces of Herbal Medicine

提要：本文对上海地区使用的部分中药饮片(共41个品种,包括生品和炮制品计有288个样品)的有机氯农药(BHC,DDT)进行了残留分析,采用气相色谱法,ECD检测器测定,结果表明：所测样品的农药残留量均超过国家对粮食制订的限量标准(≤0.2g/g)。中药经炒和炒炭后,农残量有降低趋势,一些需添加敷料的蜜饯和酒炒炮制品,其农残量大于生品。

The residue of organochlorine pesticide in prepared pieces of herbal medicine used at Shanghai area was determined by GC-ECD detect.The result showed that the residue of pesticide of the samples exceeded the limit(≤0.2μg/g).But the residue of some pieces reduced after frying or making charcoal, and residue of others which were added supplemental material was higher than that in crude drugs.
