摘要
为探讨不同中医疗法对腹部外科手术后促进胃肠功能恢复的作用,对98例胆道外科术后病人分别采用肛滴大承气汤(Ⅰ组31例)、推按运经仪治疗(Ⅱ组33例)和空白对照(Ⅲ组34例),进行前瞻性随机对照研究。结果发现Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组病人术后肠音恢复时间、自肛门排气时间、排便时间以及开始进食时间均较Ⅲ组明显缩短(P<0.05),术后恢复情况也优于Ⅲ组。作者认为,对腹部外科手术后病人,应根据手术是否涉及腹内脏器、上消化道抑或下消化道手术,以及病人的意愿等,积极合理地选择或联合应用不同的中医药治疗方法,以促进胃肠功能恢复,降低病残率,加速康复。
In an attempt to assess the effects of various TCM therapies on restoration of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation,a prospective random study was made among 98 cases who had received biliary operation. Thirty-one eases(group Ⅰ)were treated with Decoction for Potent Purgation enema,33(group Ⅱ)with the massage instrument,and 34(group Ⅲ)as control.The result showed that restoration of bowel sound,passing flatus,defecation and eating in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were earlier than those in groupⅢ.The recovery in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was also better than that in group Ⅲ.The authors states that various TCM therapies can be chosen or used in combination in the patients who have just received abdominal operations according to the types of the operations and patients'will,so that a quick recovery may be made.
