摘要
作者使用中药制剂安得平与消炎痛,按双盲法对照治疗癌痛病例34例,发现安得平的镇痛药效大于消炎痛(P<0.01)。动物实验表明,安得平的镇痛药效相当于吗啡的50%,且两者表现出相同的时效分布。
An De Ping and lndomethacinum were applied to treat 34 cases suffering from pain due to cancer with random double blind control.The result showed that the analgesic effect of An De Ping is better than that of lndomethacinum(P<0.01).The result of animal experiment proved that analgesic effect of An De Ping eq(?)als half of Morphine,and the both drags showed the same time-effect relationship.
