摘要
本文报道6例双侧听神经瘤典型病例,结合最新文献。讨论了除遗传特点外,还着重对手术中的监护、避免迷路损伤、注意显微手术技巧等保全面、听神经的关键问题进行了分析,同时也评述了γ-刀治疗的有关见解。
NF Ⅱ has long been a challenging problem in neurosurgery and neurotology. With the recent rapid development of its imaging diagnosis and 'hearing preservation surgery', and the establishment of 'Neurotological Special Unit', the prognosis of NF Ⅱ has been much improved. Here reported 6 typical cases with NF Ⅱ . Referred to the latest literatures, we emphatically discussed some crucial aspects such as intraoperative monitoring, prevention of labyrinth damage and attention of microsur-gical techniques to save hearing ability and facial functions. The genetic features of NF Ⅱ were also introduced , and the recent experience of radiosurgery on NF Ⅱ was re viewed.
