伽玛刀放射外科治疗听神经瘤

Gamma knife stereotactic radio- surgery for acoustic tumors

采用立体定向伽玛刀治疗听神经瘤97例,治疗后3个月开始随访,随访时间6～16个月,平均12.5个月,资料完整者73例.结果表明:肿瘤生长控制率91.8%;听力保存率85%,面神经及三叉神经迟发性受损率分别为9.3%和7.3%;绝大部分病人在48h内出院,且迅速恢复治疗前状态.无死亡及严重并发症发生.

A report of cases with acoustic neuroma treated with gamma knife was presented. 73 of the 97 cases were observed by clinical examination and contrast enhanced imaging studies during the follow-up period from 6 to 16 months (mean 12. 5 months) . The result revealed that the rate of tumor growth control was 91. 8% . The rate of useful hearing ability preservation was 85%. The rates of delayed facial and trigeminal nerve dysfunction were 9. 1% and 7. 3% respectively. 95 % of the cases were discharged from the hospital within 48 hours after radiation in their preoperative condition. Neither severe complication nor death was occurred.
