摘要
作为教育基础理论学科,心理学是学生获得条件性知识的必修课。但由于对师范教育的师范性认识不足和师范生毕业分配时用人单位重视专业知识等原因,师范院校的心理学教学中存在诸多问题,文章对此进行了分析并提出了一些改进措施。
As a theoretical subject, psychology is a required course from which students can obtain some basic knowledge. However because some teachers colleges don't fully understand the characteristics of their schools and lay more emphasis on specialized knowledge, there still exist many problems in the teaching of psychology. Therefore the paper analyzes this phenomenon and puts forward some measures to improve the situation.
