结合枣庄市县乡公路养护工作实践,在认真调查现状的基础上,客观分析了当前公路养护中存在的主要问题,初步探讨了县乡公路养护管理体系及用工的改革思路。对于提高县乡公路的养护质量和管理水平具有一定的意义。

Combining the practical work of the highway maintenance in the counties and countries and on the basis of seriously investigating the present situations, this article objectively analyzes the main problems existing in the highway maintenance at present, and takes initiative actions in discussing the thought of reforming the maintenance management system and employment.
