摘要
从我国公路客运企业人力资源存在的问题出发,说明人力资源开发和管理的必要性,并借鉴国外经验,提出了我国公路客运企业应当提高人才招聘的科学性、加大对人才的培训力度、建立科学的用人制度和增强企业文化氛围几项措施。
The human resources is always one of the primary problems existing in the highway passenger transportation enterprises of our country. Beginning with the problems existing in the human resources of the highway passenger transportation enterprises of our country, this article states the necessity and urgency of the development and management of the human resources, and by using the foreign experience for reference, puts forward several measures which should be taken by the highway passenger transportation enterprises of our country to improve the techniques of (employing) the talent, enlarge the force of the talent trainings, set up the scientific employment system and increase the cultural atmosphere of enterprises.
